PCC partners with colleges and universities leading campus-based, equity-driven change

The Partnership for College Completion (PCC) provides support to Illinois colleges and universities that are working to eliminate racial and socioeconomic disparities in degree completion on their campuses. Supports include: coaching and individual support, virtual and in-person conferences, webinars and workshops, equity academies for campus leaders, building capacity to utilize campus-level data that is close to practice, and supporting institutions in developing and implementing campus-based equity plans.

Twenty-five colleges and universities in Illinois are working closely with PCC to eliminate racial and socioeconomic disparities in degree completion on their campuses. Our first report of their progress will be released in 2022.

Illinois Equity in Attainment Initiative

The Illinois Equity in Attainment Initiative (ILEA) is PCC’s signature effort to spark and support ongoing institutional efforts to eliminate college completion disparities along racial and socioeconomic lines at public and private nonprofit 2- and 4-year colleges and universities across the state.
